Swansea Computer Services offers free online support to attempt to diagnose common PC problems.
When we encounter basic PC problems and a quick solution exists we are happy to help out.
When more problematic issues arise we can book an appointment to either come and inspect your system or collect it to be repaired in our workshop. When available, you will see the option to log into the support area.
Previous clients will have a unique ID code and this should be used to log in to the support area.
New customers are encouraged to sign in using their full name. Please choose your own password.
Please do not give out personal details when using the online support facility.
Swansea Computer Services will only ever ask for your name and telephone number when problems are encountered which cannot be solved online. These details will only be used by Swansea Computer Services to contact you for the purpose of resolving any PC, Laptop or Network related matters.
